Cheese contains lots of valuable nutrients. It is rich in vitamin A (good for the skin, hair, nails and eyes), vitamin K (good for blood clotting), vitamin B2 (good for supplying your body with energy) and B12 (necessary for the blood and nerves). Cheese is also a source of many minerals such as calcium (good for our bones), phosphorous, magnesium (necessary for the formation of bones and teeth) and zinc (good for our immune system).
